BJD’s quality policy as stated below is distributed to all departments.

  1. To provide excellent quality of products and services to customers. Maintain courtesy, timely response and provide accurate information when dealing with them. “Doing it right on the first time”– to minimize complaints, non conformity and cut cost.
  2. Committed to continuous quality improvement by reviewing the effectiveness of the processes, providing training to workers and staff if found necessary, conducting surveys to improve customer feedback, conducting management review to assess the effectiveness of the system.
  3. To adhere to all statutory requirements.
